Add these dates to your phone or desktop calendar once, and they stay there. No re-checking a PDF. Pick a filter first if you only want the dates that affect your kid.
“Add to my calendar” stays up to date on its own: if the district changes a date, your calendar follows. The download is a snapshot of today and won't update later. On an Android phone, use the Google Calendar button. Android phones can't open webcal links, so if tapping one did nothing, that's why.
iPhone / iPad / Mac (Apple Calendar): tap the "Add to my calendar" button above, or in Calendar go to File → New Calendar Subscription and paste the .ics URL.

Subscribed calendars refresh automatically if this file is updated (e.g. if BSD7 revises the calendar again). This feed is unofficial. Always double-check against bsd7.org for anything that matters.
Concerts and shows are on this page now: tap “Concerts & shows” above. They come live from the district’s own Fine Arts calendar, which lists about two months ahead.
Both high schools post their game schedules on ArbiterLive, a scheduling service. It doesn’t offer a public calendar feed, and its terms of use don’t allow copying its schedules onto another site, so this page links to them instead of copying them. That’s also the better place to check: games move for weather and playoffs, and the schools update their schedules there. Every sport and level (varsity, JV, freshman) is there:
Each school’s athletics site has tickets, livestreams and team pages too: Bozeman High athletics · Gallatin High athletics. Middle school schedules are shared documents on the district’s activities page. If games ever show up in the district’s official Activities feed (below, empty right now), they can go on this page too.
The district also publishes official calendar feeds of its own. Subscribe alongside mine:
Google Calendar: add by URL with https://www.bsd7.org/calendar/calendar_351_gmt.ics (swap 351 for 350 or 352). The _gmt version keeps event times right in Google.
Source: the official BSD7 2026-27 school year calendar PDF, revised 01/07/2026: view the original PDF. AP exam weeks come from College Board’s AP exam calendar, which lists each exam’s day. Saturday SAT and ACT dates are on the SAT and ACT sites. Board meetings come from the district's board meeting agendas page. A PDF can't sync to a calendar app, which is what the feeds on this page are for. Your own school will have dates of its own too (concerts, picture day, school events), and the district’s PDF says to check with your school for those. Always confirm anything important against the original or your school office.
